| SteveM | 10-Feb-08 14:34 | | Did I miss where you said which plane you need the cowl for? If all else fails, if you can carve a mold I could vacuum form it in 0.030" plastic. If that Fokker cowl is only off by a small amount I could try a few tricks to enlarge it slightly.
I have a Guillow's D-VIII cowl like yours but 1/16" thick plastic (not vacuum formed) and a finer pitch to the cylinder fins (too fine to be duplicated well with vacuum forming). |
