David Duckett | 04-Dec-09 10:50 | Both dope and silkspan shrink as they dry and that will definitely cause tension. I know that it will warp a light wing and will bend 1/16" stringers and that's the main reason I started using 3/32" stringers. Since I don't build light, excess is never a problem. Perhaps those who build light can best define excess in this case. |
