They will fly built out of the box. With a little judicious lightening and a removable, adjustable nose block they will even fly competitively. David Duckett 14-Nov-19 08:37 Unfortunately laser cutting does not, by itself, make a lighter model and Guillows is still using oak in some of the newer kits. The Beaver had mainly good wood but also several sheets which I had Guillows replace. This has been a problem with them for years and they just cannot get it right.
