need some help from my airbrush friends. i usually use acrylic, but could only find the dark paint in acrylic. i could only find the light paint in enamel. is it possible to apply the acrylic over the enamel without adverse affect? it's been awhile since i've used enamel. thanks, brian. |

One of my most admired aircraft Brian - looking forward to seeing this built. Not a "Beauty" but a super looker anyway! |

Looking forward to this one too! I worked on the A-10 supporting flight testing for the LASTE modification in 1989 - 1991. Got to get up close and personal with this A/C. Even built a 1/48th Monogram version that was modified and painted like one of our test aircraft. Sadly the model is long gone, but the aircraft live on! |

good story ed! i've got one for you. they use to fly over the family farm, hugging the ground as they went. i guess they were the maryland air guard. |

LOL! I used to have a video tape of one of our test pilots flying across the deserts of Nevada at 90' radar altitude and 300 knots ground speed! Broke a few regulations, but it was his last flight before heading back to England (Royal Air Force pilot), so he really didn't care. Interesting times for sure. I'm glad I had the opportunity. |
