She's a beauty. This oil tank variation (not extending under the flared cowling) would have been easier to model. The cowling on my Chinese manufactured kit doesn't flare. I'm debating whether I should fabricate some flared access panels to modify the kit cowling.

Not seen this Tiger before. Looks like they have increased the oil tank capacity? Gipsy Major engines gobble-up oil! This mod. is not as pleasing on the eye as the original. The flare on the original cowlings was only nominal - the cowl actually touched the tank - a layer of felt kept it from chaffing.

Looks like this one has a RAT underneath it too, maybe some electronics installed inside. Oh, I see it's going in that Race2Darwin. It has a fuel tank in the front cockpit. And was involved in an accident in 2009, where it ended up lodged in a tree (no one hurt).
