| You've got it set to 7.4V which is right for a 2S, but I think 2.7A is too much current. I normally charge my 2S at 1A. I don't know if that's correct, but it's what I do... |

| Generally you want a 1C charge rate which is 1.35A on this battery. You've selected a 2C charge rate which is fine only if the battery supports it. |

| I have the same charger, excellent unit. But you need to select the "balance feature" and plug in the balance leads to the charger as well. You need to balance charge these puppy's, by only charging it, you will not properly balance the charge between the cells and eventually destroy your battery. The "charge" function is designed for those battery's that have a built in self balance feature. When you see the other wires and small plug coming out of th battery, that is a balance lead that you need to plug in as well. If there was no set of wires like that, then it should have a self balancer inside itself, and will mention so on the battery label.
You also need to set it so that the .A + the same capacity as your battery is. Therefore in this instance you need to set it to 1.3A, and the @S (7.4) is correct. If you later charge a different battery you have to changes these setting. This charger will charge exactly for what your battery is as long as you have the settings correct. Best charge I have ever owned.
2S is how many cells the battery has, and 20C is the discharge capacity of the battery.

| The first video was great. Also, even though I have a second connector coming out of the battery, it won't connect to any of the other plugs on the charger due to the size. Does that mean the battery has a self balancer inside? |

| The battery is a Thunder Power which uses a different pin spacing of 2mm versus 2.2mm on the charger. |

| Hey, I appreciate all of you help! Is it required to plug both connectors in? I charged it early this morning (and I changed it to 1.3a) and the charger stopped charging when it was full. |

| As you found out you can charge the battery using just the connectors shown above. It is recommended to perform charges with both connectors plugged in as this allows the charger to monitor the voltage of each cell and can stop the charge if any of them reaches 4.2 volts. The idea being that a year from now they might get out of balance and when you charge the pack to 8.4V one cell is 4.1V and the other 4.3V. |

| Unless you get an adapter plug for the balancer, you will eventually destroy your battery due to over charging once vs undercharging the other.
Buy an adapter plug and then always balance charge it. |

Just ask your LHS for an adapter to go from Thunder power battery to a JST-HX plug style charger. |
