| Thank you Mr Duckett - the cowling turned out OK. I had to color match the gold with my acrylics where the stripe goes around the top and bottom of the engine opening. The plane itself does look better with the bonnet on it. |

| I would not ask you to part with this model HW - it was simply a statement about its intrinsic value - it really is a work of art at the DD level.

| I dunno, Ed - the local museum to me is the San Diego Air & Space Museum and they have a very high standard. It would be a heartwarming surprise for me if they would even entertain the idea. I would just give it to them if I thought they would display it..they'd have to put up with me hanging around now and then of course..lol but I certainly appreciate your appraisal of the model.
