you got some nice planes yourself, don! do you do any fly fishing in montana?
Don C03-Feb-15 11:36
Used to in Minnesota, but haven't tried it here. Still have the rods though.

i have a dilemma! I want to dope my spitfire but it is 20* outside and 55* in the basement where I usually dope. it says to dope from 65-75 degrees. I could heat up the basement with a heater, but I'm afraid the boiler might ignite the fumes and the windows would make it to cold. I could do it in my room, but it is really small and fumes issues. does anyone have suggestions?

Go over to the neighbors place while they are at work, they will never notice.

I use to elmers my tissue but changed to dope cause I heard it worked better, but I might have to go back to elmers cause it's to darn cold. thanks julinick for reminding me of the elmers.

Do you have a friend in the Reserves? What seems like a million years ago I refinished the hardwood floor in what was to be the baby's room, in November, in Minnesota. Could tell right away it wasn't good. Went and got my gas mask. No problem.

One thing not lacking on this site is humor,-). Try a glue stick to attach the tissue, seal the wood with polycrylic.... No odor dries in 30 minutes. Used it myself this day!
