poppy | 12-Feb-12 17:45 | It's hard to find the photo that best shows all the great features of this bird. You have done a wonderful job of duplicating a difficult plane in miniature. All the details are just fantastic. JFB!!! |
John M Oshust | 12-Feb-12 18:49 | poppy....thank you. I learn something more with each build. I made quite a few errors on this one but redid them. Still looking for that "perfect" build. This was a rare bird. Only 90 were made with the Argus engine and there is only one replica flying today. Maybe my Fokker DrI will be the perfect bipe????? |
frwyflyer | 12-Feb-12 20:23 | I heartily agree with Poppy. The attention to the smallest detail is outstanding. |
John M Oshust | 12-Feb-12 20:34 | Danke, danke, and "Tanks!" I really love doing models of the old birds. With all of the short kits that aerodomeRC provides, John "O" should be a happy camper for many moons. Me thinks that after the Fokker, a barn storming Jenny will be in order. The Jenny will be first on the list for next Autumn. |
