Did the battery come with it looks like a polymere tow cell 780mha |

The pack is a 1320mAh Thunderpower 2 cell. It's actually quite big, but the shear size of the Slowstick makes it look small. |

Congrats on your flight, I learnt to fly with a slow stick (The full-fuse version) They are a lot of fun and a great first plane. |

James, do you think I am going to need another speed controller as well as the receiver? You said that it might be to small for the motor. |

Reuben, I don't think they do a fuse version of the slow stick. Only the Pico stick. This is a bigger monster altogether! Rhys, what is the model number on that ESC? |
rhysleo | 04-Jul-09 09:01 |
i think the model number says ICS50, but i'll post a picture just to be sure |

Rhysleo if the speed control you have is a 2amp and doing the jo keep it!You could always go up to a 10amp or even a 15amp for later on!The 46inch wing will defintly carry it!Iam using a 25amp in my jenny with a 300 brushless and a 3 cell 1700 mah eflight pack works fine. The motor stays cool and the pack stays cool. But I burned up a 180 brushed motor with this set up in one take off and had a 350 can motor with is brushmotor over heat with the same set up so I WENT TO BRUSHLES 300 to fix the problem. Then I had to strenthing the wings on the jenny to much power.Hope this helps. |

Jgood, yes mine was the smaller pico stick, lots of fun... but addictive.. I now have 4 planes flying and another 3 in kits to be built :-) |
