Since I had already put this model together before I found out about VA, I made a lot of mistakes with the framework, of which, I thought I could cover up with balsa sheeting, but I was wrong. Also, I tried to cover the upper wing in two sheets. That was a big mistake. But,I've still got the plans, maybe I'll get some more balsa and build it again, once I've gotten a lot better. I'm looking for something to put around the cockpit opening to repersent the leather, I'm looking for some plastic tubing, but all I've got is too large. The decals turned to dust when I put them in water. They're going to send me another set when I send them $2.00. I hope they're better than the ones that came with the kit. I see that I forgot to change the name of the plane. Sorry bout that! |
