pfinn | 28-Sep-11 23:32 | It was only a matter of time. The AMA (Acadamy of Model Aeronautics) posts "No Fly Zones" for models where ever the President flies to. We just had a couple here in the Los Angeles area this week. FPV (first person view) remote control aircraft electronics are easily purchased and installed into almost any rc aircraft. HUDD avionics including Heading, Speed, Alt, GPS coods are all pretty much a standard options. Now THATS what I call scary. |
TJH | 29-Sep-11 06:32 | Great work as always, David! |
BriandKilby | 29-Sep-11 09:35 | another superb model, david! question, how do keep your brushes from fraying? brian |
frwyflyer | 29-Sep-11 10:01 | VERY VERY NICE!! |
David Duckett | 01-Oct-11 10:34 | Brian, I think the best way is to keep them clean. After use with acrylics, I clean the brush using detergent and then re-shape the bristles for drying. Lots of paint can build up in an uncleaned brush and that spreads the bristles further apart. And don't use a soft brush for rough surfaces. |
BriandKilby | 01-Oct-11 12:21 | thankyou david. |
