I hope you all agree that this is "Much More Better!" than the tribladed 16 incher. But the smaller prop did not take 8 hours to fabricate! |

The huge diameter prop was why Vought designed the inverted gull wings to keep the gear legs from being so long. The Big Hog now has it's own huge prop. Beautiful! |

poppy.....This prop was well worth the extra expense and work Two things stand out on the Corsair....the wings and a large prop. Compared to the smaller 3 bladed prop, this one really sets the plane off...plus if was fun making it!!! |

The prop on a real Corsair is 14 feet in diameter. That's the reason for the gull wings. |

I just played with the math and this prop could actually be a bit larger. This one is 9 1/8 inches...20 inches would be more to scale! |
