Windscreen to install, a bit of a sand and tidy up. Then airbrushing.

Since I don't build flyers (maybe "anchors") this may be a dumb question. But for coloring have you tried something like Doc Martin's inks? The colors are intense and being inks you don't have the weight of a lot of pigment like paint.
