You applied the paper AFTER assembly of the components? I'm only on my second plane and still figuring this all out. |

@bryanalter, I've always put the tissue on first, then assembled the model. Sometimes I like to put the plastic pieces on first and overlap the tissue slightly over the plastic to give a "one-piece" look. It depends on the part though. Wing fillets are done after assembly. There are others on the site who have different techniques though. |

There are two Guillows groups on Facebook, both of which are maniacally controlled so that only Guillows kits are allowed. If that’s your thing, go for it. It’s like being hungry in a dense forest, too blind to see the 24 hour Waffle House next door. |
