Image Comments John M Oshust 08-Feb-15 20:53 Spent the day appreciating the annoyance of a cracked/lose crown. Gumby and I started dickering with the painting. Not having the painting skill of a Mr. Duckett, Gumby and I try to fill this void in our building technique with enthusiasm. We needed some new painting supplies and quickly gave our closest Michael’s $60.00 American for three tubes of Liquitex paint and two new brushes. The under wing color we concocted is spot on when compared to our color graphics After placing a drop of our secret blend onto the graphic, and waiting for it to dry, the spot is imperceptible. Which may or not be the case, but to my eyes it is. The RAF fuselage color is not an olive green, not a burnt umber, nor a pink.
