I built the Mister Mulligan Dumas Kit 201 which has the 17 1/2 inch wingspan. Did it a maroon and gold color scheme. One of my more favorite civilian models in my hanger.

I did the SIG version of this and although not laser cut, the diecut parts were perfect after 10 years in storage. This was an impressive plane, faster than the military planes available at the time. Of course it pushed out over 750 HP. Nice work! This is a little on the small side for you Bill.

as long as the wingspan is at least 30" I'll try to build it. Any smaller than that, we call em, "kindling."

This is a nice looking plane, but small for you, Bill. Regarding the size, I have been working on the "sub-kindling" P-nut scales lately. When I was overseeing my daughter's 20" Cub, it looked huge next to my planes!

Hey Bill, Im going to be starting this plane and was wondering if you have any tips before getting into it. Right off I noticed that the 1/32 strips for the fuse are not long enough to cover the bottom longeron on the side view. Did you have the same issue?
