Ready to go, first time in a while...

What did you use to cover this?
jgood18-May-07 18:36
Hi! This was Solarfilm on the fuse, and Solite on the wings. I would have used Solite all over to save weight, but yellow Solite is so translucent that I went for the more opaque Solarfilm.

Have you used Solite on a Guillow model?
jgood18-May-07 22:04
Yes, on this one.

James--thats a nice looking Tigermoth--is this like one used by someone in your english family?

James, Is this the Pat Trittle 44 inch TM or is it the Guillows TM. I am all confused now. Great model though. John

I wish Guillows did a Tigermoth! No, it's the Trittle 44" TM, with a few mods. Very nice kit, I'd recommend it... Thanks Tim, yes, it's modeled on this one.

James, not only can you build them beautifully but you can also fly them equally well. Great job!!!
