Oh just to mention, I had a friend who flew 109's and had 40 marks on his rudder. He was in Hartmans squadron. |

Anders, excellent color scheme, authentic. What rules do you have there? I have had to register my RC stuff over 8oz do to BUTT heads. |

That engine brings back memories of my Fox 35 and control line flying. |

I am really looking forward to seeing this in the air. Keep the landings softer this time. It is a very nice model. |

Weight of fuselage almost ready to go is 1.4 kilograms |

Wheels need to be bigger, and the legs should be a tad longer. But im not goung to install longer legs. |

Fuselage has a clear coat, messed it up at first but decided to add more and then sand with 1200 grit paper |

Took a whole lot of time to install the engine. a lot of things need to be just right |

I usually send them an email and the order ships the next day. About a week in total, but 3-4 weeks is standard from the US if you dont use the expencive shipping options |

Anders, sorry for the loss of your friend. I know how it hurts. The 109 looks very good and the wing fillets look super. How long does it take for you get an order from Callie? Just curious. |

Very very nice job done there - look forward to "in the air" pictures! |

The Pup needs sanding of the main wings before i can start with the bending and soldering of the wires that goes inside the struts.
As it turns out going from 2feet ws models to about 6 feet the sanding of leading edge and ribs gets rather horrible and not enjoyable and it takes me a lot of time |

Sorry to hear about your friend. It is good to see you back. The 109 really looks nice. Did you finish the Pup or is it waiting? |
Anders, Image # 39996 | 09 Mar 18 08:39 |
Fuselage only needs struts, a clear coat for fuel protection, antenna and engine and then on to completing the wing |
Anders, Image # 39995 | 09 Mar 18 08:37 |
Decals from Callie-Graphics are added |

I took a break from building for a while, the death of a friend and also the person that taught me how to fly made it difficult for me to find any joy in building airplanes. |

Thank you Don, things are good here, some times it even looks like summer here. At the time im moving my production of aircraft to a suitable room as i have been building in the living room. You never know how much you have before trying to make a system of all the "magic boxes" you have lying around. |

This thing is really impressive and for some reason, even though the colors are almost international, I thought of "Det er Norge i r0dt, hvit og blaa". Hope your summer is going well. |
