Top wing glued together, going to try this build with rudder and elevator control only.

Nice, quite big for a foamie. Almost all my planes are balsa as i feel that foam and fiberglass models dont have souls. Only way i know how to explain it :). Have had a lot of foamies tho, they are really nice for just focusing on flying and having fun! And also great for dogfighting with paper streamers (the smaller models). Would be interested in a pic of the p-38 !

I have a foam p-38 that's about that size.

what's the wingspan anders?

Cant take credit for building the He -111. Its an ARF, but a lot of work has gone into it. 11 channels in total, one servo for each aileron, flaps, landing gear and even the elevator has one servo for each side. Spent many hours soldering servo wires, and the landing gear was a pain to adjust properly. Going to fly it as it comes and give it an scale job when its got a few hours flight time.

Thank you. Details to a minimum, building this for rc control. Details on the rear gunner, radiator and engine are going to get some attention as its important for the end result (espesially the engine and radiator). Other than that ill try to keep details to a minimum.

Your model is incredible. The build is clean, precise, neat and very well put together. Any extra detailing? Flying? Display?

last eye candy before wings are made.
Anders, Image # 3632803 Jul 16 16:05

I find the fuselage shape to be satisfying.
