Of course, it arrived the day AFTER Christmas, but I still got it. Kit wasn’t what was advertised. The one in the advert was a newer kit. I can tell by the thickness of the plastic parts. Older kits are much more opaque than the new ones. This kit was from around 1985 from what I can tell from the sales materials inside the kit. Decals are shot. Cardstock interior paper is all brown and the plans are much discolored. However, all the parts seem to be there, and I was able to low bit the kit, so overall, I’m happy. I now have the F4U, P-47 and now the JU-87 in the closet to build. The only two I don’t have are the SBD-3 which I built as a young man, and the F6F which isn’t on my Must Build list.
