| No, I did not fly in the 17 at the local airport, In 1953 I did fly in a 17 from Wash. DC, to Tulsa Ok. A noisey flight. |

| It's a YC-125,only 15 built, 14 were transfered to Shepard AFB, after it was found they tended to flip over on thier backs taking off. Used to train A&E Mech. |
