Down at the bottom it says if you have problems, contact James. James is the only one who can add planes so send him a note:-) |

Maybe I'm missing something. I see how to add planes to my hanger from a pick list, and how to upload images to them once in the hanger, but nothing on how to add a new kit to the overall list so I can put it into my hanger. The West Wings Tempest is not listed. |

I'm working on a West Wings Hawker Tempest, but I don't see this as a kit I can select to add to my hanger. Does anyone know how to get a new kit added to the list? |

acrylics come out better, but enamel is easier to clean up. that's from my experience. less steps to do on enamel. |

Thanks everyone! @BriandKilby: The paints worked fine. I did dilute them with water to use in the airbrush, but didn't get any checking or birdseyes on the model. It was my first time using Acrylic model paints. Acrylics were not that available last time I build a model (mid 90's). I didn't know how they were going to work. I was pleasantly surprised, and so much easier to work with! |

Well done! |

I didn’t like the decals in the kit, so I created my own using a ink jet printer and water slide decal inkjet paper. All you need to do is print the decal on the paper, then overspray the decal with a thin coat of clear enamel. Then apply like any other water slide decal. Once the decals had set, I sprayed them with mat clear. |

nice finish! I airbrush model master paints. how does the Vallejo paints work out? |

The model is covered in Top Flight Silk Span and doped with Eze Dope. Love the water soluble dope. So much easier to work with then the old Hot Fuel Proof dopes I used in the past! I used Vallejo Acrylic paints with an airbrush, and a fine drafting pen for panel lines. |

This is the first balsa model I had built since the mid 90’s. I discovered the West Wings kits through ebay and decided to build one. Very happy with the kit. Good quality wood, easy to understand construction. Nothing surprising, just a good kit to get back into balsa model building. |
