This F-100 is at Camp Beauregard just north of Pineville Louisiana which is in the center of Louisiana. Pineville is about midway between I10 and I20.
If you read this, James, could you add 'scratch built F-105'. 'Comet Navion', and 'scratch built Fletcher FBT-2' to the airplane list. Thanks, |

Nice pic! I think I've been past this super sabre. Is it off I10? |

The F-100 is part of the outdoor display associated with the Louisiana Maneuvers Museum located at Camp Beauregard in Pineville, Louisiana. The profile F-100 is just beneath the canopy of the real one. |

Mid December found us visiting family in Louisiana. While there we took the opportunity to visit a F-100 on display and fly the profile F-100 at the site. |

A sheetwood profile is simpler and quicker. First a copy a Walter Jefferies 4 view of the F-100 and reformat the primary components of the airplane. |

The Diels F-100 kit SK-16. Nice printwood and plans. Kinda complex for me at this time, perhaps a future build. |
