A grand old DH aeroplane - where is this lady now David? |

Thank you. That B-17 was not my best model. It was built with a time restraint and without the resources now available. I gave them a Corsair, a B-25, and a P-38 as well and they are all now in the historian's office at the Library. My models have several coats of acrylic paint on them so decals are never a problem and spraying with clear is not necessary. All rigging is thread. |

B-17 for Reagon Museum, now this DH-4 in classic prose. Truly an artist for DD. Wanna be just like him when I grow up. Beautiful job on the engine, propeller and rigging. You must have really had to work the decals. Theyre traditionally heavy. Did you spray a clear coat overall?_Sky |

Maybe this will help. I made this from the Guillows plans but I see the shape of the one you're working on is basically reversed; the leading edge here is straight, more or less. |

Come left to two seven zero. |

Yes, clockwise. The other direction is called counter clockwise. |

Mercury is a complete unknown to me. It's not often visible and I have no idea where it will be this evening relative to Jupiter. Weather permitting, I'll take pictures. |

I don't suppose we'll see all four in alignment any time soon. |

I second the wiring really sets it off. Great looking plane. I wish I could produce something that nice. |
