Are you reversing "Aileron" function? That's if you're flying with both rudder and elevator on the right stick. If you're reversing "Rudder", thats traditionally the left stick right-left. |

by the way james, i think the servo for the rudder on the slow stick is broken, it always goes the opposite way i control it even when i change it on the transmitter to go reversed. any ideas? |

Not really, Rhys. It did one lap of the field, but never felt 'right'. I want to have another go sometime. It looks like it should be a good flyer. Any word on flying at Bicentennial tomorrow? |

did you ever get this to fly? |

With the gears, instead of one rubber motor, say 16 inches long, with the gears at the tail I could have a second rubber motor from tail of model to the nose, giving the effect of 32 inches of rubber to wind up. |

Abby, what do you mean by clock gears at the tail? |

When I was a kid I tried clock gears at the tail, to increase the number of winds to the rubber moters. Darn gears always jammed up for some reason. |

Thank you Abby. I need to have another go at this aircraft - it made one flight around the field, and that was it. I think the CofG was all messed up on it, or maybe it was just under proped or something. |

Beautiful construction. It is amazing how strong small peices of wood can be. Then I always get my hand in the way of a pitot tube or antenna and break it off. (Fumble fingers) |

Tail up... Still not flying right though. |
