Clear masking material removed. Note: Hair- dryer was used to carefully release masking material from painted surfaces. |

Scalloped design was traced from kit plans onto clear masking material (obtained from Hobby Lobby) and cut out with X-acto knife. Gloss black paint was brushed from masked surface towards tissue and then stroked lengthwise. This eliminated seepage under clear masking material. |
