Still to come - pitot static tube, machine guns and a bit of touch up on the canopy. Guillows's cowls used to be my kryptonite. They never fit. Now I think it is the comet canopy. |

| The kit didn't come with decals. What it did come with is patterns printed in black and white on regular paper. I carefully cut those out using an exacto knife and then sprayed them with krylon crystal (to prevent them from absorbing water based paint). I spray glued the back of them (tacky and removable) and applied them to the correct location. I then masked the rest of the plan and airbrushed away. |

Still to do: balance, paint and permanently attach landing gear, add the pitot static tube, machinegun barrels and antennas. |

Here's a progress update. The wheels are just stuck in the holes in the wing waiting for glue. I had planned on making the landing gear removable but as much fun as this build has been, it is time to move on. |
