It can't be all that new I found it at the back of a store covered in dust. |

I guess I got the ol' version then. Has a white background, yellowish to me, compared to the colourful one here |

Sorry about the delay in reply , I still havent worked out the best way of finding the posts.
I have made the flight controls moveable by adding a little extra wood behind the joining area, making two corresponding slits and inserting a small piece of Floppy disk material, then CAing the bits together. Wonderful very flexible stuff that does not fatigue. You can see how I did it on the wing, rudder and elevator pic. Its an old foamy technique but works well. |

Nice...do you know how to make the rudders/stabilizers movable? |

Jemst,
By the grace of God. I hope that it will end up that way. That is why I have been so fastidious in lightening the whole shebang. There was a very good Guillows P40 reconstructed on RC Groups Scale electric , looked fabulous had airlerons, retracts the works but really did not fly. My approach is the opposite no frills RET only, and keep it a light as I can. It will be powered by a CD Rom motor and I really want the all up flying weight at around 6 to 7 oz, less if I can do it. |

Very nice looking wing. Since the stab and rudder look to be operable, I'm guessing this will be a flying model? |

Please note that this is a Guillows Series 400 P40 Warhawk |

OK I can see what the problem is. The heading is listed as series 500.
How do we change the heading? Help!!!
Also how do we add additional aircraft to the list. EG I currently have my SOY Buzzard Bombshell under DHC2 Beaver. Close but not quite. |

James,
Yes Series 400. Wing span 27 1/2 inches. Just looked it up on the Guillows website. |

Yes, looks more like a series 400 Warhawk, right? |

Theses pics are not from series 500 They look like bigger than series 500 planes. |
