Lindy - first I would like to compliment you on the model of your Luscombe. Very well crafted. Trim stripes look great! As for a copy of the helicopter plan: contact me via my wife's email which is ginnie1937@ Yahoo.com Originally Bill Parker emailed me a copy which I enlarged to make the kit fuselage size of 16". |

I would very much be interested in getting a copy of the plans. How can we make that happen ? |

That is nice. Hope my recreation of an old Comet build will turn out this good. |

I did! I have the plans. I've even blown up the plans real big as well... Problem is the rotor will be so large, that no one has room for the thing, so I haven't committed to build it yet... |

Hope you checked out my Build Thread on this helicopter. It was scratch built from a Comet kit plan, which also shows print-out of the parts. I would be glad to send you a copy of the plan if interested. |

You are a real master craftsman Dave.
Where did you find this kit ? Is it possible to buld one from scratch from the plans ? |

Dale I wasn't on VA this early in 2012, but let me say, this is just beautiful work. wow. the "random pictures" feature is killing my productivity, but I love the depth of this site! |

I agree Dale. It looks like it was made just for your kit. I just had to laugh, guessing what package it came from by the shape. I had to buy one every year for football season. LOL! But I suppose $1.50 would preclude THAT from being the item. Great job on the Sikorsky R-6. |

Yes, just from plans. Windshield bubble is from a vacuum formed packaging of a $1.50 item bought at Wal-Mart. Original plans showed three main divider strips on which 8 pieces of celluloid are glued on to form a bubble shaped windshield. One piece bubble makes for a more correct appearance. |

It is amazing what can be done, with just a bit of experience, and a decent set of plans... Congrats! Gorgeous! |

Great lookin' hella-ka-peter! Was this whole thing built just from plans? If so, did you have to scratch build/form the windshield bubble too? |
