scigs30, Image # 37448 | 08 Dec 16 15:25 | Flew my Guillows Focke Wulf today with supplied 7 inch rubber band and 5 inch prop. I then swapped out the prop for a Guillows 6 inch prop and that did not work too well. Nice 10 sec flight. Did take a lot of trimming. |

LASTWOODSMAN, Comment for image # 6958 | 24 Nov 16 20:54 | Hello Sciggs30. What a great tutorial on balsa weight from die cut vs. lasercut, and how to glue those pesky fillets on. I will remember scalloping or scalping the formers for that nifty neat tissue covering for the fuse on my next model. I only get about 14 seconds of flight from my Sig Cabinaire -thanks for the inspiring flying tips. I'll post the pics of my display die-cut FW 190 soon. |

scigs30, Image # 37275 | 23 Nov 16 14:05 | She is covered with the kit supplied Guillows tissue, no paint to keep the weight for flying down. The fuselage was covered with wet tissue and only had to use 2 pieces of tissue. Tissue attached with thinned Elmers glue and Aerogloss dope thinned brushed on. |

BriandKilby, Comment for image # 30208 | 30 Dec 13 06:12 | one thing i noticed is that the stringers are a little more delicate than before. i had some break on me. i build to display, though. what do you think, scigs? |
Xanadu, Comment for image # 30208 | 29 Dec 13 22:00 | Nice!....Be a real pleasure for sure to build the laser cut ones compared to the older diecut versions. |
