| It's covered with black Esaki tissue. I saw your post on the Guillow's forum scigs30 - you're going to model exactly the same aircraft I did! |

| They're made from paper, coloured black, with a piece of black tissue cut slightly larger all round glued on top. Each one is then attached by applying dope thinners to the tissue overlap, thus causing it to stick to the wings/fuselage. |

| Thanks. The translucent effect you see here is simply the result of using black Esaki tissue to cover the model with, then sealing with dope. |

| Thanks. They're made from a cocktail stick and black insulation/wire The bit that attaches to the wing is the insulation from a thickish bit of wire, over a length of cocktail stick which also forms the middle part. The last bit is just a piece of small gauge solid core wire stuck in the end of the cocktail stick, covered by a slightly longer length of insulation to achieve a 'hollow' look. |

| :( Did you hear this Hurricane (wearing a different paint scheme) went down at the Shoreham Airshow yesterday? Pilot killed, wreck completely burnt out.Very sad.Link to BBC news story. |
