Good luck! There's no reason to not post your plastic builds! I have the TA 152 kit so it will eventually show up here.:-) |

This will be my last contribution to VA. I can no longer see well enough to build stick and paper models. I started the Ta 152C conversion, but found that with the macular pucker in my left eye and the results of the accident to my right eye I just cant see well enough to build it. I want to thank every one for what I have learned over the years and for the kink words you have had for my contributions. I can't give up my love of modeling, I'm going to try my hand at 1/32 plastic where the major construction is provided. Wish me luck. |

Are you using acrylics? |

With the amount of rain we had recently in Dallas, even with a moisture trap I splashed a couple of times, but a quick blot with a tissue solved most of problem. Just glad we are not in Houston, of course Amarillo would be better. |

Getting moisture in the air lines really messes things up doesn't it?? The humidity is going to get worse. I use a bottle of dry nitrogen to help things along. |

The biggest problem were the markings, the kit itself is a pretty good kit. And of course the Badger 150 airbrush hooked to a Badger 180-12 compressor with a moisture trap allowed the paint work to hide a lot of building mistakes.

Brian, I'm sure that Abbeville is not far away. I also heard something about Diels and a Ki 45, and yes I would most definitely purchase and build. It has been awhile since Diels released something new. |

The canopy is a product of my own fashioned mold and oven. |

The paint is all Tamiya acrillic, lightened a bit. |

The markings are a combination of those I could conjure up on my computer and ink jet printer and some commercial crosses in 1/24th scale. |

The kit is the Guillows # 502 modified to A-3 standards. While slightly under sized (3/4 of an inch w/s) it is an excellent base for building all radial varrients from the A-0 to the A-8 as well as the F and G. |
