I missed this one. What a great shot, it looks like a 1/1 Camel!

It did need differential. Surprisingly it had more yaw problems than the smaller Fokker DrI which used the same type of components. It is now flying very well.

Looks awsome flying! Did it need differential? Kinda looks like it has some.

The LiPoly battery takes away, a bit, from the scale effect.

The Camel has a 4 channel 2.4GHz Spektrum AR6400L brick with 1 linear AS2000L servo in each wing. It is powered by a 8.5 mm brushed pager motor and a 150 mAh LiPoly cell.

Very nice. Very clean. The person you built it for must be ecstatic! Wonderful job.
John Cooper, Image # 2005213 Nov 10 23:24

The cotton thread rigging is functional and makes the wings quite strong.
John Cooper, Image # 2005113 Nov 10 23:20

The finished weight of the model, with battery is 40.5g. At this weight it flies quite well.
John Cooper, Image # 2005013 Nov 10 23:19

The model is finished in the markings of Roy Brown

I've only had a "Computer" radio for about a year now. Before that I did everthing....ummm.. Mecha-Geometrically?;o/. He He He. For about 35 years now. Was kind of a purist. "My thumbs are good enough!" Well, maybe I'm just getting older.
