Thanks, the kit was lined with 1mm balsa sheet and 0.25mm polystyrene rather than tissue. |

Your Bird Dog is amazing. The skin is so nicely rounded. No stringers visible. How did you fill it out? Also, the corrugated control surfaces are very cool. Beautiful job. |

Thank you for your comments, it must have been a delightful aircraft to fly albeit dangerous when flying low and slow over the bad guy's. Despite the simplicity of the kit it really is a joy to put together, and looks accurate enough as well. |

Very nice Rod, The Bird Dog is near and dear to me. My father flew the Army version starting in 1965 and is retired now but he still flys one at verious airshows around the country for the US Army Heritage Foundation.
Great job and details are excellent. |
