The motor is held by a rubber band. This is my first conversion to electric power and this method allows me to experiment with different motors. This one is a GWS 350. |

The cowl is removable - it's held by the two black screws that go into the motor. |

Probably the biggest PIA so far. Finding it very hard to smooth the attach point transition of these friggin struts. I envy you biplane builders. |

I'm starting to like this spinner scheme. Tried two different masks for first coat with same bleeding results. DD, any ideas? Found tape forms to ellipse but releases on tighter side each time. |

Sorry for the blur. Mama always says " leave your dirty shoes outside." Floorboards weathered with watered down burnt sienna and german grey wash. |
