The tail feathers are next. They are made of 1/4" stock and require only sanding to proper airfoil.

The plywood firewall was trimmed to fit inside the aluminum cowl. Once installed, the wood will be sanded to match the cowl. The front landing gear was installed the same way as the main gear.

The side bottom pieces have been sanded flush with the bottom of the fuselage formers. The last piece to be glued on is 1/8" wood.
