this is what we ended up with..I cobbled up an interior using cardstock to mak a floor, headliner and cabin sides. I made seats from scrap balsa and covered them with linen sailcloth material from an old ship model

infill method - this was my first attempt at this style of build. You just cannot find plastic civilian aircraft in anything over 1/48 scale.

interior coskpit paint applied - then the canopy is masked and attached and then the first coat it gets is the interior color so the interior canopy supports are the same color as the interior - I use gunship grey as a substitute for black to simulate sun fade or the 'greying out' of black in the sun over time
