poppy | 29-Dec-07 19:01 | This is a beautiful model. Those tires look like rubber. The color and camo is unique and well done. Panel lines give it a realistic appearance. KudoesX3!!! |
David Duckett | 29-Dec-07 19:27 | Very well done both in construction and the lovely paint job! Bellissima, Moostang!! |
Barnstormer | 29-Dec-07 22:02 | I agree, a superb build, the details the panel lines the paint, all showcase your skill and persistence to see this one to the end. Beautiful job Moos. |
hjlittman | 30-Dec-07 01:33 | Not only is this is a beautiful model, but I find it very helpful to see how you solved some of the problems in building it. I intend to build one myself, an electric powered free-flight, for the "G" Challenge in 2008. I did a little research on the insignia in the kit and found that the the aircraft would have belonged to the GruppenKommodore of II/JG52 although I haven't been able to find out who he was during the Battle of Britain. From all the references I can find your colors should be properly representative for the period. Great job! |
