Corrugated Tiger Moth fuel tank

Found some corrugated plastic sheeting for the fuel tank. Once heated it bent nicely to conform to the tank shape. I hope to secure it with a spray adhesive.

That is a very near to true scale corrugated fuel tank surface Biplane Guy - The DH82a is my fav. aeroplane -I learnt to fly in one in 1960!

I would love to fly one. They have one at The Military Aviation Museum here in Virginia Beach, VA, where I was able to fly a 1941 Stearman N2S a few weeks ago. There is a series on Netflix called "The Crown." At the beginning of season one, episode four, there is a beautifully filmed video of Prince Philip taking his first flying lesson in a Moth complete with a dead-stick landing. Gotta love it.
