heywooood | 29-Jun-19 18:01 | the LG on this is like a scaffold..each cabane strut under the fuse has it's own piano wire core. I used two sizes of airfoil shaped alum. from Precision Metals. The short cabane strut and the oleo suspension fairing are on one length of piano wire bent at the wood dowel core strut. The shocks work using springs from retractable ball point pens. It was all in all pretty straightforward after I took a long look at the plans and improvised here and there. Believe it or not there are two ADDITIONAL struts on each side I need to add yet. lol |
