| The F-14 Tomcat is finally finished. This is a great quality kit from Todays Hobbies and if you can get a hold of one, build it!! I want to thank David Duckett once again for this beautiful model. I really enjoyed the build and Nicholas is very happy that it's now patrolling the skies in his room!! |

| Julinick: beautiful job on the Tomcat. The outlines of the wings still amazes me. How did you avoid making "smudges" over the wing surface through the tracing paper? I believe that was Biplane Guy's question. |

| Thanks guys. Skydiamonds, I used a good fine tip pencil to trace the outline onto the wings then used a fine tip sharpie to trace over the pencil line. Some smudges occurred but can be easily removed with a good eraser. Hope that helps to answer your question. |

| To correct the record I never use the term "JFB". I prefer terms like "WFMP"! |

| John O is correct. Mr. Duckett first used this term, and I have copied. It is JFB!!!! Well done. I know how much work was put into this beautiful model. I have one in the box waiting and have watched this and DD's build closely. Just an awesome build!! John O, I eagerly await your next project.And to all the other builders on the Aerodrome, keep 'em coming. They are all super! |
