Looking very good Mark...but why the move up from the basement? Ah! Elmers Glue-All, I use that quite a lot too. |

,,,,,that's a very good reason to move up Mark - keep on with the models it keeps you young at heart. |

I understand even though I'm a few years younger. My wife has the upstairs to herself. Fortunately my shop is out in the garage. The B17 is looking good. |

My biggest problem now is that infill takes a lot sanding and spraying. I’m going to make due with as little of each and will have to use a brush as much as I can. |

Am I missing that Green card stock with the cockpits and gun turret stuff.?
The only card stock I have is white and is mostly for aileron control stuff |

You probably can order it from Guillow's if you want. |
David Duckett | 14-Oct-21 14:25 |
The Guillows web site lists all the kits they make and all the contents of each kit. |

that green cardstock is not on the replacement catalog.
directions for for forming the cockpit and other sections are not on the instruction sheet on the page that shows numbers for plastic and cardstock identification. |
David Duckett | 15-Oct-21 03:03 |
It appears that what was once green card stock has been replaced with the white but the piece that should go on the front, behind the clear plastic, has been deleted. I do not remember any card stock in the cockpit or turrets. You can try contacting Guillows to see if they have any of the old stuff but their track record on keeping discontinued items is rather poor. If you can find someone with an older kit they could make a photo copy of the part. Later Guillows kits use black and white card stock, not green. |

the instructions do not show anything about installing the folded card stock like the cockpit or the gun turrets |
David Duckett | 16-Oct-21 03:06 |
Post a photo of the parts to be folded for the cockpit and turrets. |
