lukebozek1 | 22-Nov-10 09:57 | Tissue on fuselage came out okay, on the second try. Two areas might be repaired/replaced later. |
lukebozek1 | 22-Nov-10 10:14 | I also tried SCIG's tissue attachment method at 90 degree attachment point and slowly working around the perimeter. It works much better than my typical bull in the China shop appraoach. I scalloped out teh formers, used 3/32 strinders on the sides, pretty much everything that the VA Masters use for techniques, with not quite the same results. But I am getting better (Monty Python's Quest for teh Holy Grail). |
lukebozek1 | 22-Nov-10 10:17 | I need to figure out what I am doing with this "teh" thing. Are there any doctor's out there? Is this a problem with my neurological system? I am doing this very consistently. It has been a while too. I could blame this piece of crap keyboard that was designed for Tinkerbell. |
BillParker | 22-Nov-10 10:49 | As long as you can build an airplane that purty, who cares about how you spell it? CONGRATS! |
lukebozek1 | 22-Nov-10 11:57 | Thanks Bill, I am starting to notice some "things." I like doing this build, I need to plan the sequences and steps on paper. If it makes sense, I show it to my wife and she can tell me where it went wrong. I have never done one of these, quite nice lines. |
