John Cooper | 25-Jan-09 11:56 | Built for R/C, it is powered by an Axi 2204/54 with a 3 cell 700 mAh battery. All up weight is 220g (7.9 oz) |
Heinrich Dorfmann | 25-Jan-09 14:26 | The wing does not seem to be detachable. How do you access the battery / servos / receiver? Is the bottom open? |

John Cooper | 25-Jan-09 14:47 | Right, the wing is not detachable. There are 2 access locations. Just behind the cowl, on the left side, is the battery hatch, the top edge of which is just visible in this photo. Also, the cowl is attached with a bayonet mount and a magnet. From here, once I remove the prop, I can get to the receiver, elevator servo and ESC. The aileron servo is, unfortunately, buried in the wing. |
John M Oshust | 25-Jan-09 16:15 | A very slick looking bird...beautious! |
poppy | 25-Jan-09 19:46 | Wow! Super job and it flies as well. |
