This is the way I got it. Someone took allot of time to get it this far. I thought about finishing it, but decided to leave it the way it is. Probably 60 years old ? So cool.

I agree with your leaving it as is. Many folks find the bare bones just as attractive as a completed model. Several years ago I put a BB model of an Inland Sport built from a Flyline kit in the LHS and someone stole it when the shop went out of business.

I am so glad to have rescued it from the burn pile. It was even more special to me since I happen to have an original flight manual to match. I shall leave it as is and currently have it hanging from the ceiling in our restaurant. Should be in the LHS but I want it closer to home:)

It is also very interesting for me to see how far modeling techniques have advanced over the years. To me, this would have been a nightmare to build, especially without the use of CA glue.

Sixty years ago I was building Berkeley kits with Testors wood cement or Duco which was nearly the same. I think this kit is earlier than that.

Good save, Lindy. I know how you feel about saving it.

Oh yeah, so true Don C. It would be nice to know who built it, but like David Duckett says, its probably older than 60 years and the builder is probably passed :(
