They were supposed to fly but not really. The jets used Jetex 50 engines. deckape 18-Apr-12 14:46 Ahoy imsjim Very Very nice that kit brings back a lot of memories I was 15 years old in 1955 when this kit was first produced. for $.98 cents you got a loot of kit back in those days I had an old B-17 and Mr. Mulligan I built the F9F above it was built to fly I mounted a hook on the nose and used a sling shot to launch it to the heavens it glided well.
