I don't like totally flat undersurfaces so I sand botton of ribs to a slight airfoil shape.

While not razor edged, I do bevel the trailing edge before covering, trying to get as thin as possible without ruining the outline.

We made sure to include her this visit. A class of new ensigns were graduatinig on the rear of the flight deck. Lots of Navy brass there in all their finery.
