Taking the extra time to try to construct the fuse as accurate as possible will save finishing time....I hope!

Second sanding. The slow, but necessary process continues. The Fin is permanently mounted. The time required to produce quality is extended by the magnitude of this bird!

The right side neede more work, more pieces. With some tlc, sanding and filler, me thinks it will be just fine...and it is STRAIGHT!

Rain today so the attention turns to the Corsair. The fuse bottom is covered. Like fitting a puzzle together, the damaged wood, with some custum pieces worked!

The plan...totally comlete the fuse. Paint, feathers, detailing, etc. Then constuct the 5 ft. wing. The wing MUST be removable for transport. Please note the high tech fuse support stand.

With most of the pit fabricated, my attention turns to the lower fuse. Note the EVIL one in the background. He tossed the fuse on the floor last night, and scattered about the fuse components. Cat reprimanded but still lives!
