All put back together and ready to fly again. AUW is 9.3 ounces and the CG is right where it should be with no need to shove the battery way up into the nose. The ESC was getting a little warm from just doing a little taxiing about the floor so I may cut open some holes for airflow. |

It's been longer than I would have liked, but with the motor and ESC issues sorted out I'm working on the repairs. A few more hours and I should be ready to fly again. With the old motor I had to add nose weight which drove the weight to 9 oz, with the new motor AUW is about 9.3 ounces, but no nose weight is required and I don't think I'll have any troubles with a heavy tail. |
